Village Approved Exterior Colours
It is very important to understand that home exterior paint colours must be pre-approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) if a colour other than the original installed by the developer is desired.
Article VI Section 6.10 in the VHOA Declaration states:
6.10 Exterior Appearances.
"The paint, coating, stain, and other exterior finishing colors on all Residences and masonry walls may be maintained as that originally installed, without prior approval of the ARC, but prior approval of the ARC shall be necessary before any such exterior is changed."
Presently there are two Village homes that have been improperly painted without ARC approval. The Village Board is in process of dealing with these officially. These homes will have to be repainted an ARC approved colour.
Please do not assume that all existing home colours have been officially approved by the ARC. Also, until we have successfully and officially merged the three Tuscan Ridge Associations, the approved exterior home colours for The Village are completely unique from those that are on the ACC approved list for Countryside.
Below you will find two Downloadable PDF files containing the original approved colours from RD&C Homes, the Village developer.
Also, below there is a link to My Perfect Color where you can insert one of the SW (Sherwin Williams) colour codes into the search field marked "What are you looking for?" to view the colour matches corresponding to the original Sherwin Williams Schemes.
The colours represented on the two PDF files below are the only ARC approved colours for exterior paint in The Village.
