The Architectural Review Committee, or ARC, is responsible for maintaining a consistent appearance based on the original developer's vision of The Village at Tuscan Ridge. The ARC has authority to approve or disapprove any exterior change or addition that may alter the general appearance of a property. The ARC is bound by certain requirements in the Declaration section of The Village Governing Documents. The ARC application form below is posted here for downloading. This form should be filled in completely and submitted to the ARC in advance of any planned changes, additions, improvements, or alterations of existing Village properties.
