On 24th March 2012, a Quorum was achieved to successfully hold an AGM for the VHOA!

Dear Village HOA Members: The Annual Meeting of Members (AGM), as Noticed in the Official Letter below, was NOT able to be Called to Order or conducted due to a lack of Quorum.
The Quorum requirement for such a meeting of The Village at Tuscan Ridge HOA Inc is 30% of Members, which is 33 Voting Interests.
Because a Quorum was NOT acheived at the Meeting Noticed below, the Meeting was Adjourned to a Later Date, which is set for 6:00 PM Saturday 9 October 2010 at the Tuscan Ridge Club House. A confirmation Official Notice Letter will be sent to all Village Property Owners confirming the continuation date of 9 October 2010 for the 13 August 2010 Annual Meeting of Members (AGM).
If you sent a Proxy Form for this Meeting, your Proxy is Valid for ninety (90) days from the meeting date on the Proxy Form, which was 13 August 2010. Proxies count toward a Quorum, just as if you were attending in person. Needless to say, if you have not yet sent a Proxy for this Meeting, it is extremely important for you to do so now so a Quorum can be acheived at the second attempt to hold this Meeting. The business of our Village HOA cannot be conducted unless a Quorum is acheived for this Meeting.
A valid Proxy Form is available for download in the navigation menu to the left under "PROXY FORM for 13 Aug AGM". Please note that this Proxy Form is dated for 13 August 2010. The 13 August meeting was adjourned to 6:00 PM Saturday 9 October 2010, thereby being a continuation of the 13 August meeting and therefore making the Proxy Form dated 13 August 2010 a valid Proxy Form for the upcoming meeting on 9 October 2010.
If you are uncertain about voting for any particular candidate for Director, you need not fill in that portion of the Proxy Form. The person you assign as your Proxy Designee, at the top of the Form, will vote on your behalf at the meeting. The important thing is that you assign someone to serve as your Proxy either by checking Bailey Provetto (Village Vice President & Director) or by writing in the name of someone you trust who will be attending the rescheduled meeting. Also important is that you fill in the bottom of the Proxy Form by signing your name and dating it. If you cannot find the Proxy Form that was sent to you, please download a copy, as previously mentioned, at *Proxy Form 13 Aug AGM* in the Navigation Menu to the left of this frame.
Please understand that your participation in this process has a direct effect on the Village HOA's responsibility to assist in protecting your Village property value.
It is not necessary to wait for the Official Notice Letter confirming the rescheduled meeting before sending in your Proxy. The Proxy Form, available here for download, is dated 13 August 2010 and will be vaild for ninety (90) days from that date to serve you at the rescheduled meeting to be held on 9 October 2010 at 6:00PM in the Tuscan Ridge Club House.
The Village Board of Directors and your fellow participating Village Property Owners will greatly appreciate your effort in sending in your Proxy Form. Please send fully executed Proxy Forms to:
