The 2012 VHOA Annual Assessment has been set at $335

A proper statement will be sent soon with all of the required details including payment options.

Please submit one cheque in the amount of $538, which includes the 2012 Master Association Annual Assessment of $203.

It is extremely important to write your Tuscan Ridge street & house number code on your cheque.

Example > If your Village address is 888 Corvina Drive, your code is C888 (the "C" representing Corvina).

2011 Village HOA Annual Assessment

The 2011 VHOA Annual Assessment has been set at $305

A proper statement has just been sent dated 5 May 2011.  Copies of this statement are available directly below in both PDF and JPG format.  Assessments will be considered late if received after 15 June 2011.

Please submit one cheque in the amount of $490, which includes the 2011 Master Association Annual Assessment of $185.

2011 VILLAGE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

Please find above a Notice Letter for the VHOA Board Meeting at which the Village 2011 Annual Assessment will be set.  It is available also above in a Downloadable PDF file format.

2010
VILLAGE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT


The Annual Assessment for 2010 has been set at $316 

This is just below the maximum 20% that the Board is permitted to increase it annually.

Payment must be made by 31st May.  Payments received late may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.


Annual Assessments remaining unpaid 45 days after the final due date of 31st May 2010 may become a Lien against the corresponding Village property.
